My mom is interersted in a series I watch

So yea :)
Today, my mom saw the advertissment of The Walking Dead being airing in Quebec
When she saw "Worldwide phenomenal", she told me she was interrested
She didn't know it was as big as Game of Thrones, which she loves
I proposed her many time to watch it with me, but she always declined
She said she wasn't a "Zombie fan" but now, we will try :)

I know I hype for nothing, but I'm hyped to watch it with mommy :)

as Resident fan, i'm highly disgusted how zombies move in WD and how slow and unnatural people avoid them.

I mean humans are able to run, climb and especially, able to use guns, how did zombies ever had a chance???

Wanna a REAL GUD, high quality, intense psychological thriller? your mother shall watch BREAKING BAD.

It was good for the first few seasons and then the quality falls off hard after that, as its clear the writers had no idea where to go with the story next. They should've just stuck to the storyline of the graphic novels, but AMC made so much money off of it that they just kept trying to stretch it.

For fans of GoT and sci-fi, I can't recommend The Expanse highly enough. It's kind of a mystery-thriller with amazing story pacing and production values.

which is only available in subbed version ;)

The only thing that bother me with french version
is they literally translated Eenie-meenie-miny-moe
sucks a bit...

I think it is pretty awesome for parents to grow interest in things the younger generation likes.
Helps build the gap between and have similar interests to talk about.

I wholeheartedly endorse this and wish her a healthy binging ^_^

What was I bashing? I genuinely find the show to be a mountain of failed potential. The pilots leaked a few weeks ahead of the show and it was some great stuff. After that it went downhill rapidly, and when the original directory/showrunner was fired at the end of the show I should have known to stop then.

This guy says most of what I would here

Might I suggest Person of Interest?
One of the most underrated TV Shows I've ever seen with pretty much everything to offer.
Needless to say, raises awareness of how much governments are actually spying on people.
