The Aliexpress seller scam saga

i usually buy from aliexpress shells for replacement in japanese 3ds xl consoles which i convert to European ones , recently a store showed up with 12 positive ratings in Germany selling shells a bit lower than china and set at shipment from germany, usually i avoid new stores but as i have three 3ds xl to replace shells (mostly a hobby that gives me a bit of earnings) i bought 9 shells of various designs. In the next day the store was gone and i had 95euro order with clearly no delivery shot. I immediately opened a dispute but due to their system i had to wait for 3,5 days for seller to reply which he did not, they ve send me a support message to wait for more days for order delivery, therefore i was forced to open a support ticket reporting to them that store is no more in aliexpress and it is a scam. it took me another 3 days to have them refund me.
