A batch file conversion to EXE to make installation of the Visual C++ Redistributables quick and easy offline. And at less than 100MB in size, it's an ideal size to keep around for those pesky offline installations. This installs all the Redistributables from 2005 to 2022, within mere seconds (assuming you're using an NVMe SSD). The EXE works within your Window's Temp directory, and cleans up after itself with a silent exit.. (If for some reason it doesn't and leaves some files behind, it's safe to delete them, but I haven't experienced that myself.)
