You can trade in this game you unlock it in a certain part in the game I don't remember when though and I'm pretty sure you have to have the same region as someone so you'll be trading with other EU people

They are encrypted and you have to use an app like jksavemanager to extract them and replace them etc

Is your 3ds hacked? Unfortunately you can't just drag and drop on your sd card
