Query with installing this on vwii. My config is installed with the old 'Patched IOS 80 Installer for vWii'. Is it recomended to get this removed by reinstalling ios 80 before installing priiloader or will the installer account for it.

so thats wierd it has a version of 2.2 because i recently(in feb. i think) only released v2.0. where did you get the version that works from btw?

The version that I got was linked from wii.guide and the thread about vWii themes it works only for vWii and doesn’t cause a brick, however it can’t be used with motion plus sadly. My hope is that this version (that works with vWii), can be updated to support newer wiimotes with motion plus, than I can have themes for vWii on my Wii U , thank you so much for all your responses btw. I can’t post the exact link of the Wii.Guide post about vWii themes due to gba temp policy.

Motion plus works! I’d just like to confirm that it has a scooby logo on in the app right? And it’s safe to use with vWii?

it may not work since the versions are higher than the known versions for reg wii it checks for custom versions of system menu but uses the .app file to confirm the version. if it doesnt work i dont think it will take much to get it working ..

Seems to not work unfortunately, I get this error when trying to access the sd card. Im going to attempt a fresh install but past that maybe it doesn’t work for vWii. Maybe that is the reason the Wii guide recommends such an old version?

Sure, USB results in nothing, it does not crash the app, rather just boots me back to the selector, the only thing I can choose that takes me somewhere is SD but it takes me to the crash menu

After plugging in a USB with the theme csm and .app file into the Wii U and choosing it, the same error occurs. It hangs at this screen until I press anything and it brings me back to the selector. However choosing SD is still the only one to cause a crash.

I would love 2! Take ur time and I will be waiting, I’d love to get this to work on my vWii and have themes! Thank you so much for all the support so far! Bon Appetit, btw maybe it is an IOS issue? I’m going 2 look at why in particular wii guide recommends this old version over ur newer one.

on vwii the app's moved a bit. there is now more than 1 new app in the system menu title. the boot index was also changed just to make vwii priiloader work.
what you need to do is loop over all items in the system menu tmd, and look for the u8 archive that contains the shit you need to replace

yeah i been looking into the structs for vwii thanks for info i got a tester so ill make a version just for vwii installs that checks for new priiloader and region/version before install and keep the 1 button install of original theme if user chooses.
