So I just got Japanese Tomodachi Life on my 2DS (NA region) but something weird occurred. So, on Luma, I have game patching enabled and there are absolutely no issues running out-of-region games, but for some reason after the game had downloaded and I went to check it, this is what the little logo screen looked like?

The game opens and runs with absolutely no issues, but for some reason the logo is replaced with this inexplicable rectangle.
I downloaded another JP region game just the other day actually, it was Yo-Kai Sangokushi to which the same thing occurred. Except instead of a weird rectangle there was just the spinning image with no logo displayed. Is there some kind of fix for this?

What's probably happening is that the menu is loading a placeholder logo that was never meant to be seen since the game was never intended to run on a non-Japanese system. I think the only way around this involves modifying the game itself.

Great game. But I'd buy it straight up before paying for prime. Unless you order something everyday from amazon, not worth it imo

Agreed. Crazy how both seeking a job at Amazon, and subsequently quitting Amazon, are both some of the best decisions I've ever made
