I learned all the DIYs and cataloged everything for myself and I'm still not banned but I wouldn't do this if you're scared of getting banned.

As of changing your name, I'm not sure myself but I heard from some people that it doesn't make you an island representative anymore.

You better not trying to do that, it may glitch your save or remove your role of representative of the island.

Changing the name its not a good choice, giving yourself everything its ok

Thanks for the answers. To clarify, I wanted to change the name of a different player that's not the island representative but if that'll glitch the save I suppose I better not.

Using nhse can change the name.
And picking up bugs on gift bags doesnt added to bugpedia, but can be donated to the museum (rn sharing bug/fish/other non giftables, turn the object on a stick

No, it is safe for you to change the name like I did twice and not get banned at all.

Hi guys, i moved my OFW save to CFW when Sx OS wasn’t update for 11.0.1 and custom my save with NHSE, ACNHSpawner (giving full bells, NM, DIY and flatted my island to make a new one).

Is it safe with the last update 1.8.0a of ACNW to transfer my CFW save to overwrite my old OFW save ?
