I'm feeling a little melancholy tonight; what was I doing at this point last year? I think I was quite nervous about a new job that started mid-Jan, and was trying to get through a Black Eagles FE:3H route too.
So Pokémon SV has no way of rematching Trainers at will, it seems, not even the Elite 4 and Champion.
This is a downgrade from even RBY, since they at least had E4 rematches; geezus.
I can live with Elden Ring getting Best RPG and GOTY; at least it's not freaking Horizon, or something else lame, and Xenoblade 3 really isn't the greatest game in the world (it's good, but nothing more).
How does Terasterlisation (or whatever) work in Scarlet/Violet? Like, what determines a Pokemon's Tera Type? Is it like Hidden Power, in that it's 'random' but set for each individual?
If there's one videogame thing I hate above most everything else (that's not monetisation), it's nerfs. They rarely ever feel "good", as they by definition mean you once had something great that's now not as great.
I am not ashamed to say, I prefer Sticker Star to the first two Paper Mario games - why? No boring Peach segments, and the original level-up system SUCKED.
Huh, okay, so post auto-merging is a thing again. Sweet; just don't know why it generates an alert when it already reloads the page and shows you, but...sure.
Welp, Red Dead Online and RDR2 have now been officially abandoned; not like it was any real surprise, since RockStar couldn't milk it like with GTAO. Still sucks for RDR fans, and that they didn't bother increasing the supposedly-fantastic singleplayer content.
Just saw a movie ad in the train station; why is Marvel making female-Thor canon? Thor's a guy, always been a guy, and this Thor is interesting; female-Thor is worthless Rule 63 nonsense.
So, DOOM Eternal has cosmetic DLCs, for the first seven "seasons"; that does resolve the whole 'limited availability' criticism I had about them, but it seems like the DLC is way behind, considering we're up to, what, season 18 or something?
