    Your base iso is well dump. Where do you download the 1.07 version of NSMBW Mod ISO Builder? Where do you download Newer_W_1.30.zip? Do you get same black screen on dolphin emulator?

    0byte=the download link is invalid,you have to create or download custom banner through google search. Try to use"full format"(before you format your USB HDD,you have to backup all data) your USB HDD and run the game again. I never use Wiiflow or Wiiflow lite.
