    I have a question about capped values. Let's say I have Induce Stagger 450% on both my arms and my legs. Does that add up to Induce Stagger 900% or is 450% the hard cap for the overall unit?

    How would I go about finding an EXP multiplier for Persona 4 Golden? I've only ever been able to find things like infinite HP or mana when it comes to RPGs (aka the basic stuff), so I wouldn't know where to start in how to set a constant multiplier for something.

    No, it's not. Strikers is a side game with a game play system that's more like real football games. But if a Strikers website is trademarked, it could also mean IE3 will be announced because Strikers has most of the important teams and characters from IE1 to IE3.
