I have been using Citra for 2 to 3 months, and it was running smoothly with no problems. But now, it refuses to launch even a single game no matter the size. later I learned it was because of a problem with the Citra AppData folder, and I am wondering if anyone can help me.

Delete your app data and create a new one.

Well find your save file and extract them

I believe it is

Users/[User]/AppData/Roaming/Citra/sdmc/Nintendo3DS/00000000000000000000000000000000/00000000000000000000000000000000/title/[game-TID-high]/[game-TID-low]/data/00000001/
