Tweaker_Modding i’m still able to download apps on my iPad 3 that has iOS 9.3.5 I wonder if I downgrade mine I could download Cydia

Uh,, but I'm a iPad 4 IOS 10.3.3. also known as an an obsolete iPad. That's why I mentioned "Downgrading" This thing won't downLoad anything new. Luckily I found a site that lets me download older apps unto my iPad 4th gen. Mine can't be jailbroken, and I want Cydia for its tweeks.

you can use h3lix to jailbreak

Tried, it won't even accept the H3lix thing. But thanx for the help. any other suggestions? I've tried many sites and so called cures.
