Hacking Project [$1000,- BOUNTY] A 3DS game launcher like R4 menu

I am rewarding somebody to fix my biggest issue with the 3DS. The 300 limit, how do I fix this now? Using FBI launcher, but it’s hella ugly! I understand because it’s not ment as a game launcher. If somebody manage to make a pretty game launcher using the installed CIA app I am willing to pay a bounty of 1000 dollar.

The app need to have a following:
- Need to be able to create folders
- Need to have icon in front of the name of the game like R4
- In top screen should show the Banner of the game.

I know it’s possible to make, because it is already done threw FBI launcher in a ugly way.

Please don’t comment the following it is of no use for this bounty:
- why do you need more then 300 games?
- why don’t you just use 3ds bank

I havent seen a thing of this yet. So dont expect much in way of anything unless OP finally says something about the bounty
