Are you asking us if it's a good sd card to use on the 3ds, or what? Anyway, whatever sd card it is you should test it with h2testw to make sure it's not faulty or fake. Yes, do the test even if it's brand new. Format it as FAT32 32kb clusters first, then run h2testw with the "read and verify" setting. It will tell you if it's a good card or not.

Regardless what brand and where you get the SD card from you should always test the card with h2testw or f3x/f3xswift for linux and mac.
