I have a switch lite and when I used a Nintendo brand charger while in use my system displayed a black screen with a wall of text showing ERROR 2101-0001 and displayed that screen until it ran out of power. Thankfully I had a second switch on hand from my brother and used that until the same error occurred on that one. now I just have 2 bricks and can't decide whether or not to send them into Nintendo/repair shop. I have installed no hacks to either. I also use that same charger to charge my phone often and haven't seen any issues with that. Any help is appreciated :)


EDIT 1: I followed the instructions from Nintendo on their website. However my Switches will not charge at all to get to that point.
