Hacking 3DS OCA problem

Hi, this is supposed to be the easiest method for CFW and all but, I seem to have hit a roadblock.

My 2DS (9.2.0-20 U) is not downloading the cfw files at all. Its just stuck at 0.00%. My internet got no problem and i can browse fine. Any help would be appreciated.

If you got your information from a gbatemp thread let us know which so it can be reported and have a disclaimer added that it is out of date.
