I have a hacked, CFW 3DS with a copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf: Welcome Amiibo (preupdated version). I started a new town for the purpose of hacking and though I don’t have Club Tortimer yet, I have a question for when I do. If I don’t have a custom TPC picture and I don’t use any hacks on the island, what are my chances of getting banned? I know that there’s never a 0% chance of a ban with CFW, but when are my chances if nothing I do on the island involves hacks? I don’t even have the Dream Suite yet, so even if they tried to check my Dream Address to see my hacked town, there would be nothing. So what are my chances?
