Hacking Alternate saves 3ds

I have a game that cannot have two save games. How can I set it up so I can swap saves each time I play the game? I.e my sister plays her save and I use mine the next day...

You can use something like JKSM save manager or checkpoint. You can extract both the save file and extra data if the game uses them into a folder you name. You just select the one to inject afterwards and it lets ya load the save up. Just make sure to extract the previous save before hand so you do not lose anything.
