if you haven’t already get anemone. you can install splashes and themes with no cost. You can even install theme shop themes with hshop if you wanna do that

There were ported Sonic 1, 2 and CD, GTA 3 (only for N3DS), some FnaFs...

There was this one game creator that said they would port their games to 3DS but haven't heard from them since they released PoPip. Fun game tho!
