Hacking Are there any Wii disks with the 4.0 fw update?

Either one of those two cause my friend doesn't have internet on his wii but he got those two games for his birthday And When I Came Over He Had The SD card Menu

Those games have the 3.4 update not 4.0, they have been out before 4.0 was even unveiled. Your friend has updated his Wii via Internet somehow
