Hacking Homebrew Aroma not launching games

Whenever I get on Aroma it doesn't let me launch games or apps, I have 01sigpatches.rpx and it still doesn't work they stopped working for no reason. Thought that I needed to update but can't

- What exactly happens when you try to launch a game?
- What's stopping you from updating?
- Where exactly did you put the sigpatches rpx to?
- How did games stop to work? I mean that sounds like they worked in the past so what action caused them to stop to work?

When I launch it goes to the loading screen of the software and just stays there repeating the theme forever

The fact that it stays stuck loading

I put the sigpatches in setup

I hadn't used aroma in a while At this point I had 2 things that could have been a problem [a custom theme and re_nfpii]
I removed custom themes = still stuck
Moved out re_nfpii to test if it was a problem = still stuck
And yes it did work in the past

One thing that might also be part of it is that pretendo is still active and I'm not using my pretendo account tried removing pretendo files and it still is in my wii u

For pretendo you just need to remove the inkay plugin from Aroma.

Other than that try updating Aroma, so redownload from https://aroma.foryour.cafe and extract to your SD card (overwriting existing files).

In case this till doesn't help grab storage_slc/logs, then zip and upload it, please.

To anyone who has a solution, I am having this exact issue as OP. The games just stay on the loading screen forever (the three games I can confirm this happens with is Shantae Risky's revenge DC, Shantae Half Genie Hero and Ducktales remastered). What's even more confusing is that before the Aroma 15 update, Half Genie hero actually worked so this may be a major bug in aroma 15. if anyone can help me, please do as I am unable to play games on my backlog.

Very important edit: I downgraded to aroma 14 (previous version of aroma) and my games work now. To Egem/OP, try what I did. If you want me to, I'll provide a direct link to Aroma's github page so you can download version 14.

I have the exact same problem with Shantae Risky's revenge, it gets stuck on the loading screen on the latest version of Aroma, but it does work with Tiramisu, so I just use Envswap to quickly switch to Tiramisu whenever I want to play that or Retroarch.

Thank you so much for fixing this so quickly. I'm unsure what caused this but it may have been one of the changes made in aroma 15 that caused a bug for how a small number of games were coded. Regardless, I'm so glad it's fixed and hopefully OP's games will load now as well.
