Nope, Wii games are like 4GB and SD card 4GB and above are SDHC cards. And Gamecube, prolly not either. Best best is to get a compatible DVD Drive for your computer.

4GB, not 4MB

and use the wifi dumper, it will stream the games to your computer which means no sd swapping (good for if you leave it on while sleeping, like me)

just download this and install ios5 using wad manager, then run wiihttp on your wii, then on your computer (in your internet browser) type in the ip address that is shown on the wiis screen

Thanks everyone! kutan, I'll use all my equipment and try that method. And mercluke, that sounds great! No netcat or anything? that sounds even easier.

I'll edit later with results. Thanks a lot!

Oops, I meant 4GB, I was sleepy. XD Yeah,I 'm pretty sure you can do a Wi-Fi dump, like the DS. And let's see the results you get!

The Wifi dumper works fine, I've already used it to dump several GC games. It transfers the iso at a nice 400-450KB/s speed.

Hello to all,
I'm a noob and will like to be able to dump Wii games thru the SD card . I got the files from kutan post and got the card formatted, but when I try to make the boot disc, the app apears for about 2 seconds and that is it, nothing happens, and the ISO is not created.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank You,Marco.

Again you get what you pay for, its like buying a S series for $300 but its only 1440p native, if you want true 4k, gotta get the X model for $500. But yea you right, when moms buying it anyways, you gotta stay cheap.

I'm designing my own entertainment cabinet for my man cave, to store all my systems, then I'm also designing a power supply/HDMI switcher so I can switch to whichever system I want, and power it also. Already picked up the cabinet board, but tinkering with my drawings before start

But yea, I have frogger arcade cabinet that I gutted and put a Pi4 then Pi5 into, but it never gets played much anymore, should sell it. Even when the kids come over, they don't want to play on it, just the xbox. TMNT and Simpson's arcade is still so fun on it, esp w 2 players.
