My birthday was yesterday and, when I started my NDS, the usual sound that happens on the start up (you know, like some bells or something) was slightly different, like on a higher note or something. I was on the subway and I had to restart the NDS to hear it again because I wasn't sure if I had heard it right the first time. When I started up my handheld this morning, the sound was the usual one.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them on their birth day?

Yeah, that's quite commonly known among DS owners

Its supposed to.
I noticed when my DS broke and I was constantly resetting it and taking out the battery.
I didn't bother setting the time and date so it thought today was my birthday.
