Ignore that, since it can't get the KEYS from the SYSNAND. As long as you get your master keys such as BIS etc it should be alright since they're stored in the APU (Nvidia chip)

sysnand = emmc = the storage partition. Some keys are stored there like the universal keys like the once the emulators use. You don't need them in this case (hopefully not)

As long as you've got the keys these keys - https://gbatemp.net/threads/boot0-or-boot1-wont-mount-to-pc-through-hekate.649385/post-10365016 it should be fine and should be possible to mix the universal list with your keys.

Most important now are the BIS keys

Formatting the eMMC with Windows is not a good idea unless you really know what you're doing. This could mess things up even more by erasing any data that could help fix your Switch if you don't have the right backups.
Also, using someone else's prod.keys and downloading firmware off the internet to fix your Switch is not safe. It might seem like an easy solution, but it can cause more problems, like making your Switch not work at all. Plus, using someone else's keys and software you got from the internet can get you into trouble with Nintendo's rules.

I haven't got any donor nand or device.

No, real keys. But for some reason it's not appearing in prod.keys file. Aaaand Idk why. After reinstall tegraexplorer in "view dumped keys" there appeared some keys, before it was just zeros and pkg1 was "unk"

do you have slow mode enabled when selecting emmc info on Hekate?(doubt emmc module not original as well)
