Hi all. I wanted to share a tool I've been working on.
I have been working on a utility for automating the process of compiling C/C++ with the intention of being injected into a game, and interacting with its symbols. It currently supports PS1, PS2, Gamecube, Wii, and N64 games
You simply find a code cave(free place in the games memory/main exe) to inject your compiled code into
And a hook to jump to your code
Then you can starting writing code
It comes with the necessary compilers/toolchains for the supported platform architectures
It also includes tools/options for fully re-building game ISO's, and options for injecting into emulators for quick testing
To download the beta release, go here: https://github.com/C0mposer/C-Game-Modding-Utility and click on the latest release
There are still some bugs to iron out, but I want to release the current version for people to try out, and test
Happy Modding
