Can you use a cellphone for dev mode app

Don’t have a pc atm and need to Install xbsx2 is this possible also I’m using an iPhone if that matters thanks in advance

You'd have to try it. The dev portal doesn't seem to care which browser is used, but it's usually suggested using edge. I've only had it get stuck once, on Firefox. Anyway, I'd imagine it works with a phone.
