Hacking Cannot use Savegame Manager GX (loads cIOS 249 indefinitely)

How do I fix this? I just want my save games on my USB drive. I don't know much about homebrew or anything. It's an old RVL-001 Wii on 4.3. Used the str2hax to get Homebrew.
I got Savegame Manager working once but I messed with some USB port setting, it froze and I tried to redownload it. Now it just tries to load cIOS 249. I want to find a solution as soon a possible?

    I think they should bring back the shutter glasses for VR put 120Hz screen in for 60FPS and even a basic phone these days can pull that off
