I just got an M3i Zero. I have two MicroSD cards. One is 4 GB. The other is 8 GB. I've copied F_CORE.DAT and the SYSTEM folder to both, then put the SD card into the M3i, attached the flash cable, and plugged it in.

With the 4GB, I get absolutely nothing, not even a solid LED. If I remove the SD card, the LED comes on. If I insert it, it goes off.

With the 8GB, I get a solid LED, and that's it. It doesn't start flashing.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

EDIT: I've formatted the flash cards. That didn't help. I've tried repeating the process multiple times.

Yes I am the same,

I brought a M3i Zero card to go with the DSi my daughter got from Santa.

no lights at all when trying to Flash the card.

When the card is installed in the DSi, I do get the M3 Icon to start, but when click on it, i then get blank white screens

Try using a non SDHC card to update the core.
I'll try that. I'll have to check at work to see if anybody has one. All I have are SDHC cards.

UPDATE: I found a 1 GB card at work, copied the core file to it, put it in the M3i Zero, plugged in the flash cable, and it worked! Thanks.

I then put my 8 GB card in that wasn't working. It still shows a solid red light with the flash cable, but when I plug it into the DS, it works with the 8 GB card. So, it seems that you can't flash with SDHC cards, even though you can use SDHC cards for the OS and apps.
