Hacking CFG Loader not loading games

I am using a vWii forwarder channel to launch CFG Loader and getting the following error when running many Wii games:

ERROR:
Custom IOS 222 could not be found!
Please install it.
Press any button...
There are at least some games that do load fine, for example Animal Crossing: City Folk.

I have d2x version 10 beta 53-alt installed.
