Why? I'm confused as to why you would want this? I like my PSN because when I chose it I chose something I new would never get changed. However, should Sony ever allow for PSN name changes then it will most likely be like Microsoft, its gonna cost money.

Exactly what CrashmanX said, the people who are wanting to change their names are usually the ones who chose something stupid in the first place without thinking or reading. So yeah, it would only make sense that people pay for their own negligence.
