Hacking "clicky" A button on DS Lite

I was playing Taiko with my brand new DS Lite (

Strange it shouldn’t click because the A,B,X,Y & D-pad uses rubber contacts, sounds like the screws on ur ds need to be tightened a slight bit ,but if it doesn’t effect game play then its not really worth trying to fix it your self,
But since its new couldn't you just swap it in for another one?
