Hacking Completely lost

I am trying to load Sports Resort. I have followed this guide: http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=144835 to get 4.1 installed. I think I did it right. I have homebrew and NeoGamma installed. I just want to run resort from the disc but when I click to load from disc the Wii reboots. I have read about using a alt.dol (RZTP.dol) method but it completely loses me. I do have the motion plus add on. Any help would be much appriciated as I am pulling my hair out.
