Hacking Disable ban message?

My Switch is banned and whilst I don't really care as I don't game online, is there any way to disable the message that pops up telling you you're banned? I.e. the message about access to the network being restricted?

My switch is online as i update games and use freeshopnx often, and would like a way to stop that "this console is restricted by nintendo" pop-up crap.

He is asking if we can remove the pop up from being shown.
