Hacking Do I need to use SD Cards to store Homebrew Channel apps, or do I have a choice?

Getting a Wii to mod, wondering if I have to use a standard-issue SD card.

I am hoping that I can use an SDHC, microSD, or SDXC.

you can use sdhc card just fine, i use a 32gb card on my wii, you only need sd to hack after that sdhc is just fine for homebrew.you can even put the apps on usb and not use any sd btw.

You do not need to use SD cards now, you can use BlueBomb (https://wii.guide/bluebomb.html)
I prefer to use SD because I can separate games from my homebrew.
