Prodinfo blanking was fixed in firmware 17.0.0, resulting in an error whenever you try to reach online services. You'll need to restore your prodinfo for them to work again.
Now the question is, what are you trying to do exactly? Are you trying to boot into game on stock firmware in order to play online? If so, you'll have to restore your prodinfo. Even then, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go online with a dirty sysNAND.

Right. After checking some of your older posts, it seems that you're using emuNAND/emuMMC? I haven't tested the YouTube app on my emuNAND with DNS MITM in place as I use my Switch mainly for gaming, but I believe that it should work provided that you have the latest sigpatches as well. After all, DNS MITM is blocking Nintendo servers only, so YouTube should work fine.

Then you need to remove the serial blanking and just use the sysnand as normal. Then setup DNS MITM for emunand to protect it from reaching the Nintendo servers
