This is a huge game, so this pack missing some parts of the world map, dungeons, and I couldn’t complete all jobs yet.
Menu, items, and almost all towns, characters, monsters’ textures upscaled with various Esrgan models and Photoshop. I think it’s near 70% completed (main story and some of the optional quests are finished).

Install Instructions:

- Find the Dragon Quest VII in the game list in Citra. Right click it and “Open Custom Textures Directory”
- Extract the contents of the Texture Pack into the folder.
- Enable "Use Custom Textures" in Citra’s graphic settings
- Play! :)

That is absolutely wonderful! Hoping it gets finished.

What are the graphical settings used to produce these screenshots? Which texture filter? The text seems to be suffering with anything but ScaleForce on my end. ScaleForce seems to make the font thinner and more easily legible.

Any advice to increase performance? Should "Dump textures" be enabled or disabled?

Made an addendum to this texture pack.
Remade both font maps, and replaced upscaled character icons with their official artwork.
Doesn't replace anything else.

On the other hand there are those chandeliers with like 50 lightbulbs and that would be a bit expensive to replace with smart bulbs.

Anbernic's SP clone will be $60 and I think I'll buy it. Looks decent enough and it will stop me from drooling over every single new handheld that comes out.
