We haven't been able to figure out how the Korea versions of D/P and Mystery Dungeon Blue, handled the fact none of the GBA games were localized to Korean. Maybe those games accept other language GBA carts instead?

Nope. Pokémon games on the NDS never had anti-piracy and I guess also never will.
