Hello, my Nintendo DSi XL sound volume keep on level 2 like this :
The volume button is working since the icon is changing when i press it,
but the one that not changing here is the sound itself, even i put the volume to zero like this :
the sound volume is not changed at all, it stay like if its on level 2.
And when i restart, or turn-off-then-turn-on-again, the sound icon is restored to level 2 (first image above)
Thing i have done :
I don't think that "Format System Memory" is a good option for this problem, since it'll wipe all my DSi App

- Took off the battery for 5 minutes.
- Using Nintendo DSi Sound volume bar.
- Took off the SD Card and the game card.
