Hacking Extraction help

I've been messing around for some time now and I've had no success of extracting/playing the "Sound.BIN" that plays on the channel once clicked on from the main menu. I have been looking around forums and such as this one for any type of answers but I couldn't find anything. So, I'd like to ask this question: Is it possible to extract and/or play the sound from the sound.bin?

Looks like sound.bin is just standard wav with added header.

Thanks, I didn't have access to wiibrew until this morning as for I was having issues resolving the domain. (My DNS settings got changed on my router for some reason)
