Hardware GBA EZ Flash Omega Micro SD Card Initial Error

Hello,

I just got an EZ Flash Omega for my GBA. I formatted my SD Card (64g) to 528kb and exFAT. I have my kernel in the root folder.
I opened it up to see if anything was loose, but I'm not too familiar with circuit boards, so everything looked fine to me.

Booting up the system goes to "SD Card Initial Error, Please Shut Off Console" screen. Holding R gives the same error but on a blue screen.

Should I try using a smaller SD Card, like a 32 gig one?

Have you tried formatting it with a smaller cluster size? Try 32 or 64KB.
If that fails then try the 32GB card.

I had similar problems and formatting the card properly sorted the issue out. I'm using 128GB for what it's worth.
