Homebrew FCEUGX/SNES9XGX/VBAGX help please

hi everyone. i have not been very active in wii scene lately due to the fact the last game i was interested in was NSMB.

anyway last night i noticed tantric updated his amazing emus and i proceeded to copy the new .dol files etc to my SD card.

i have always used SD card for loading ROMs but now i get am error in all three emulators stating "Unable to locate load device"

i did not install the ios202 because i always used SD card. others emus and wiiware DO work off SD card

i am on a 4.0u wii, wiikey v1, and the last update i did was using "Wii system channels updater" to update to get the newest wii shop channel

i have read the other threads with similar issues but no solution.

my girl just wants to play chip and dale on nes

am i missing something obvious here?

i tried installing ios 202 from trantric and even that failed

You need a vulnerable IOS first. Try running DOP-Mii to trucha your IOS36.

i used DOP Mi to patch IOS36 but you IOS 202 installer still give me an error something about "TMD size" and some negative numbers

do i actually need IOS 202 for read roms off the SD?
