What FAST said... other than that, i would recommend paying for usenet news with the chunks. Its pretty cheap considering what you get.

Hitnews *IS* a pay service - they offer free trials of a few days duration. I guess that ItsMetaKnight has been using free email addresses to extend the period somewhat.

I'm still using them at the moment (when Virgin, my free one don't have the entries).

www.xlned.com is pretty cheap. I just payed 25$ Canadian for 6 month of unlimited bandwidth. That's a 2.5 mbits package but conveniently, that's my connection speed so paying more would be pretty dumb. That is one 25$ dollar well spent in my book.
