I would recommend that instead of showing a ten second information screen that you just always have the controls at the bottom of the screen and that you move the stuff over a space or two, because it is cut off the edge of my TV.

That's would be great, coz I have the same problem :=)
And thanks for the update!

I tried this yesterday on my 4.0U NTSC Wii and was unable to see the IOS selection menu. All I can see at the top of the screen is "If you want to acces savedata load IOS 249 or a cIOS" etc...

I'm hoping to load IOS249.

I assume I could change
Code:
ios = ios_selectionmenu(36);
to CODE
ios = ios_selectionmenu(249);

and recompile, but I'd rather see the menu etc..

I'll try a few more
Code:
printf("\n");
lines in ios_selectionmenu() before
Code:
printf("Select the IOS to load for FSToolbox : %3d", list[selection]);

Anyway I just thought someone might like to know

Bah...

I was running the small .dol file included in the archive. Using the big one I can see the IOS selection screen.

However after a minute or so the "music" stutters and the screen freezes. Once the music stops the controls respond again. And the title list is too long for the screen if I go into 00000001 (same as first version).

Otherwise this is working well and it is great being able to select IOS249 and have ES_Identify working

    some of the best selling games on the switch are wii u ports (that are priced way too high

    @ColdBlitz, i forgot breath of the wild released for the Wii u
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    $60 for a game that's a decade old might be unheard of on PC but actually is not uncommon on consoles

    especially Nintendo because they only ever lower the price of games when they do a greatest hits/platinum hits/players choice re-release
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @The Real Jdbye, and the HD collections released for 7th gen consoles too
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    but they don't seem to have done any of those for the switch yet and maybe never will

    I think we all forgot breath of the wild released for the wii u tbh
