Hardware Gamecube Steering Wheel

Well, I just recieved my GC Steering wheel and it's not being recognised by the Wii at all. I've tried it with Gamecube games and Wii games that Support the GC controller. It just doesn't do anything.

The Wheel itself is branded X-Racer (There's no info about this online) and connects to the GC controller port. The Wheel also has input for Pedals but it didn't come with any. Could not having pedals stop it from being recognised or is it just broken?

Any help will be appreciated!

Well, it sounds like a third party controller, so no Wii (or gamecube for that matter) functionality is guaranteed.

If it doesn't work, it doesn't work...sorry, mate.
