Hacking HAN Offline Installer and PS3 Free Shop ?

Have two simple questions

With the PS3 super slims, you have to use a Online HAN installer to play backups

So first, is there an Offline version of HAN that can be installed on super slim PS3s ?

Second, does there exist a "Free Shop" that will allow PS3 super slim users

To download games from the PSN-Store ?

I understand that the RAP & RIF for the downloaded game must be installed prior to running the game.

So, are these both currently possible ?

I've not seen a cache version, but you can host the exploit on a pc/phone/nas/router/etc locally.

Closest I've seen to a "FreeShop" for PS3 is either PSNStuff or the NPS browser.

For PSN games, just Google Nopaystation, go to PS3 games, download the TSV file and open it in notepad or whatever. Find the URL of the game you want, paste it into your web browser. You’ll get a PKG file (straight from Sony’s servers) you can install on your PS3. This particular source has the URLs for all PSN games/updates/DLC.
