That's missing...

It's not important to the correct operation to the device, just a useless piece of metal that adds weight to the device. You can safely vacuum it off the floor together with the 20 screws that probably got left on the floor after the repair.

It's most likely a piece on the lock, that's on the cage you're keeping Manuela on. She's trying to escape, before her birthday!

As far i know it's an automatic air release vent placed at the top of CO instalation. Also required to empty the water from the CO instalation (so it also suck air backward). What happened? Having or not make you a man of choice. Warm room or hot springs.
