Help Translate this Symbol

A friend has a hoodie with a symbol on it. I don't know if it's Japanese or Chinese, but we're wondering what it says. Anyone know what this says or how to translate this?

Well the Google Translate App doesn't even detect this as any kind of text when I try to scan it that way (checking Korean/Chinese/Japanese), and the few image translators saw nothing.

But I managed to figure it out using the handwriting feature on Google Translate's app: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/輸

tl;dr, that hoodie means "loser" ;O;

Yeah, Google Translate was the first thing I tried and it didn’t recognize the text. I tried the handwriting thing but could never draw the symbol fast enough before it would decide what symbol I had drawn.

That’s definitely the symbol. Well, I was afraid it was going to be something like “stupid foreigner” or something random like “fish tacos”. Wish it was something good instead of loser. Thanks for your helping figuring it out.
