is there anyway to fix my saved data for Pokémon Ranger - Shadows of Almia (U) i have got about half way through and my save has corupt

Much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news, there is most likely no recovery for your lost save.
It's happened to most anyone who has used a flashcart for a good length of time.
