Gaming How do I defeat ch.33 boss (Olban) in SRWA Portable?

Could someone suggest me a strategy to defeat Olban, the boss of ep.33 (Super Robot Wars A Portable)? I barely managed to defeat him the first time but, with great surprise that soon became despair, another one appears, the real one, worse than the first.
But the worst thing is that Richter, the previous enemy now npc, continues to attack him almost always missing, and suffering heavy damage every time. And his death is one of the conditions that inevitably lead to game over.
I add that I don't want to use cheats. Any suggestions are welcome.

Since the last time I discovered that, fortunately, even if you lose in a chapter and start over, you keep the money you've earned, the experience you've accumulated, and the levels you've achieved. By doing so, after upgrading to the maximum the weapons of some super robots (Mazingers and Choudenji Robots) and their armors, and using the SPs only at the end, against the 2 Olban guys, I managed to pass this stage, but just barely.

But from the large and heartfelt participation in this thread, should I assume that I'm the only one playing this wonderful tactical-rpg?
