Instead of installing a lame NFO viewer, just right-click on the nfo file, select "open with...." and choose notepad. You might also want to check the box that says "Always use this program to open this type of file".

That way, you will never have to worry about how to open nfo files ever again (you just click on them forever after), and you wouldn't have to install some silly external program to see them. I mean, it's the text you really want to see, not the stupid ascii-like graphics.

That's why people keep saying notepad. It works.
